Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, drawing on evidence-based practices.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand client histories, challenges, and goals.

• Facilitate therapeutic interventions using diverse methodologies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in adherence to legal and ethical standards while safeguarding patient confidentiality.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training sessions to remain informed about advancements in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, families, and couples facing a range of mental health challenges. Our patients typically seek support for anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in New York State.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• At least two years of direct counseling experience is required, ideally within a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 110,000 per year, depending on experience, along with performance-based bonuses.
