This position is primarily remote, providing flexibility and a modern work-life balance through telehealth services. Our hours extend from 7 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week, allowing clients to find therapy sessions that fit their schedules. Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs, including conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, couples, and families, ensuring that all approaches are effective and oriented towards client success.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, adapting methods to fit diverse client challenges.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, to provide comprehensive and cohesive client care.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and educational opportunities to keep abreast of the latest advancements in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPCC will work with a diverse client base, addressing a broad range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, family dynamics, and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
