Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations for new clients to formulate individualized treatment plans that are goal-oriented and evidence-based.

• Deliver a range of therapeutic interventions utilizing various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, tailored to meet clients' specific needs.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, providing a safe and confidential environment for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings.

• Collaborate regularly with multidisciplinary teams including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Maintain up-to-date clinical records, adhering to ethical standards, confidentiality, and legal compliance.

• Engage in continuous professional development by staying current with the latest research, attending workshops, and participating in team meetings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Community Empowerment Mental Therapy, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on your caseload and experience level.
