Counselors work out of an outpatient office setting when needed, collaborating closely with a team of dedicated mental health professionals. We utilize advanced electronic medical record (EMR) systems to ensure efficient communication and documentation, thereby allowing our counselors to dedicate more time to client care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to tailor individual treatment plans according to clients' specific needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Employ a range of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, adapting methods to individual client situations.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to coordinate holistic treatment approaches and ensure comprehensive client care.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements, highlighting your commitment to best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve caring for a varied client population, which can include individuals dealing with mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) within the state of Georgia.

Compensation and Benefits\n
