Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client’s unique circumstances and challenges.

• Provide various therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to groups, families, couples, and individuals.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care, ensuring that all aspects of a client’s mental health needs are met.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all documentation.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
