Work Environment\n

This remote role allows counselors to work from the comfort of their homes while conducting virtual therapy sessions using secure telehealth technology. Full-time counselors typically follow a Monday to Friday schedule with eight-hour days, while part-time counselors have flexible availability from Monday to Saturday. There are no weekend shifts required, ensuring time for personal pursuits.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic strategies tailored to the individual needs of each client, conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to inform treatment plans.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for diverse groups, families, couples, and individuals, employing methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques.

• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to client care and leverage a variety of resources for optimal treatment outcomes.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay abreast of the latest mental health research and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will engage with a diverse client population, including children, teens, and adults in various life situations. Your role will involve addressing a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, family disputes, and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 70,000 and 110,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
