The practice operates from Monday through Saturday, granting you the autonomy to create and manage your own schedule within a holistic support system. You will also receive comprehensive support from the administrative team, which includes in-house credentialing and assistance with insurance management, ensuring that you can focus on the core aspects of patient care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, identifying and understanding their unique needs.

• Utilize evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to develop tailored intervention strategies that align with each client's individualized service plans.

• Document assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and timely, adhering to ethical standards and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams through scheduled meetings and patient rounds, ensuring comprehensive care and communication regarding treatment plans.

• Provide case management services for assigned patients, fostering collaborative relationships with hospital staff and community organizations to deliver holistic support.

• Engage in continuous assessment and adjustment of treatment plans based on client feedback and progress, ensuring best outcomes for patients.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) in the State of Georgia is required.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• A commitment to working between 10 and 40 hours per week, reflecting the flexible nature of our practice.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
