Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, enabling the formulation of precise clinical diagnoses.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, adapting your approach to meet the diverse needs and goals of each client.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients in acute distress, employing de-escalation techniques and safety protocols.

• Keep detailed and confidential client records, documenting treatment progress and adjustments in accordance with ethical standards and state regulations.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure holistic and comprehensive care for your clients.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health topics, treatment options, and community resources while advocating for their rights and needs.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and peer supervision to stay updated on best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including adolescents, adults, and families facing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our goal is to provide individualized treatment that addresses each client’s unique circumstances, empowering them on their journey to recovery and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Georgia.

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field from an accredited institution.

• Strong clinical assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic skills with an understanding of various treatment modalities.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently while also being an active team contributor.

• Commitment to adhering to the highest ethical standards in mental health practice.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, you may be eligible for a sign-on bonus upon completion of your orientation period.
