This is a full-time remote position, allowing you to provide critical support to clients from the comfort of your home. This position is entirely remote, enabling counselors to conduct telehealth sessions with clients. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Frontier, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting initial patient intakes to assess mental health and psychosocial issues, providing thorough diagnostic evaluations and treatment recommendations in collaboration with primary care providers.

• Delivering targeted, brief interventions tailored to meet the unique needs of patients experiencing mental health challenges.
\n
• Regularly following up with patients to monitor progress and identify necessary adjustments in treatment approaches.
\n
• Developing relapse prevention plans when indicated, aiming to help patients maintain stability and enhance their quality of life.
\n
• Documenting all client interactions meticulously, ensuring accurate and comprehensive records of treatment progress and recommendations are maintained.

• Initiating communication with patients’ healthcare providers to keep them informed on client needs and collaboratively develop effective treatment plans.

• Offering guidance on coping strategies for managing medication side effects, thereby empowering patients to engage actively in their treatment.

• Facilitating referrals to specialty mental health services when patients require more intensive care.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of a Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling or a related field.

• A current and valid LPC license to practice in Georgia.

• Strong understanding of mental health assessment, treatment planning, and psychotherapy techniques.

• Ability to maintain clinical records diligently and prepare necessary reports as required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Frontier Behavioral & Mental Health Clinic offers a competitive salary range of USD 87,000 – 105,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
