Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments with clients to understand their mental health status, histories, and immediate needs.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans, adapting therapeutic modalities as necessary based on client progress and feedback.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, employing techniques and tools such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Provide crisis intervention when needed, utilizing de-escalation strategies and therapeutic rapport-building.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation through our electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with health care regulations and ethical standards.

• Create and offer clients coping strategies, skills training, and resources to support their journey towards mental wellness.

• Act as a liaison with additional healthcare providers to coordinate referrals and support services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population includes individuals experiencing a range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and substance use issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current, valid mental health licensure in the state of Georgia (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW).

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience working with a diverse client base.

Compensation and Benefits\n
