Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Gateway Behavioral Health Services, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Creating and implementing individualized therapy plans based on comprehensive assessments of your clients' needs.

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other tailored approaches to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Maintaining accurate clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines while ensuring compliance with our organizational policies.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide holistic care and facilitate referrals when necessary.

• Participating in ongoing training and workshops to enhance your knowledge in the field of mental health and stay updated with the latest research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

The following qualifications are required for this position:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Georgia.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Gateway Behavioral Health Services offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $110,000 per year, with opportunities for bonuses based on performance and case load.
