Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver one-on-one counseling sessions addressing a variety of mental health problems, including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management techniques.

• Facilitate couples and family therapy sessions focusing on relationship dynamics, enhancing communication skills, and resolving conflicts through guided discussions and interventions.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that specify clear objectives and measurable interventions tailored to each client’s circumstances.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, utilizing effective techniques to ensure client safety and de-escalation.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health disorders, empowering them with coping strategies and information on available resources within their community.

• Maintain compliance with all client documentation, ensuring accurate and secure recording of assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcome measurements, all while upholding legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
