Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a personalized caseload of clients to establish trust and forge effective therapeutic relationships while adhering to the highest professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions to review client progress, plan forthcoming appointments, and evaluate the appropriate timing for discharge when warranted.

• Develop and implement comprehensive, person-centered treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain meticulous documentation and progress notes for every case, ensuring compliance with organizational guidelines and regulatory standards.

• Conduct intake assessments to gather information and formulate initial treatment strategies for each new client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clientele will include a diverse range of individuals, from adults to children, presenting with various mental health challenges. You will work with clients who require counseling for anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more, ensuring that each individual receives care that is tailored to their specific life situation and mental health needs. By doing so, you will help to enhance their overall quality of life and cultivate resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• A current, unrestricted, independent LPC license in Georgia.

• At least one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• Comfort and proficiency in using computers for tasks including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Microsoft Outlook, and cloud-based management systems like Pimsy.

• Experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families across various demographics.

• Comfortable and competent in completing intake assessments efficiently and accurately.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an attractive annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000, based on your experience and qualifications. Elmira Counseling Services operates on a fee-for-service model, with guaranteed rates paid in advance of collections, allowing for a stable financial environment. Clinicians are also eligible for bonus opportunities based on performance. We offer W2 employment that prioritizes work-life balance alongside comprehensive benefits.
