Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, developing trusting and professional relationships that promote ethical and effective care.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to monitor their progress, stability, and readiness for discharge when appropriate, ensuring their treatment goals are being met.

• Create, implement, and continuously assess person-centered treatment plans, tailoring approaches to individual client needs.

• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation of each client’s progress, including detailed progress notes and treatment updates.

• Perform initial intake assessments, gathering vital information to inform treatment planning.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, applying evidence-based modalities to support mental health needs effectively.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions to refine therapeutic skills and enhance clinical practice.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive support for clients.

Qualifications\n

• Proficient in using computers and software tools commonly found in clinical settings, including but not limited to Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and Pimsy.
