Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide confidential, video-based therapy sessions tailored to the individual needs of clients facing diverse mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Assist clients in identifying personal goals, formulating actionable plans, and tracking their progress toward achieving mental health objectives.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting techniques to fit each client’s unique circumstances.

• Maintain timely and accurate electronic health records (EHR), documenting client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with privacy regulations.

Qualifications\n
