Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, accurately assessing new client histories and collaborating with clients to determine effective treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Partner with the Clinical Director to develop and facilitate program activities that create an optimal therapeutic environment for all clients, ensuring they receive quality care.

• Actively participate in credentialing committee discussions, maintaining high standards for quality and professionalism within the organization.

• Engage in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings, working alongside psychiatric providers and other clinical staff to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and client feedback, monitoring client progress to adapt approaches as necessary.

• Document all interactions and clinical notes in the designated platforms, tracking effectiveness and client responses to interventions with precision.

• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned, contributing to the overall success and growth of the counseling team.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field, with active licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in Washington State.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience working with children and families, particularly those with developmental differences.

• Strong foundation and experience with empirically supported therapy methods, including cognitive-behavioral, narrative, and other contemporary therapeutic modalities.

• Demonstrated commitment to delivering excellent client care while utilizing feedback mechanisms to inform and improve therapeutic practices.

• An open-minded approach to learning from interdisciplinary teams and integrating diverse knowledge bases to enhance service delivery.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in remote counseling and proficiency with telehealth platforms will be advantageous in this role, as it requires strong digital communication skills. Additionally, familiarity with working in an outpatient setting that prioritizes evidence-based practices is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

In recognition of our staff's dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
