Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing you to provide mental health care from the comfort of your own home while ensuring flexibility in your work life. Our business hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure in the state as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A strong foundation in geriatric mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment methodologies is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
