Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to understand the needs of clients and tailor therapeutic interventions accordingly.

• Monitor therapeutic outcomes as part of an interdisciplinary team, utilizing feedback and data to enhance client care continually.

• Build rapport with individuals and families, ensuring that each client feels secure, respected, and engaged in their treatment process.

• Collaborate with families to develop an integrated treatment plan, incorporating evidence-based strategies that resonate with the family’s goals and preferences.

• Provide families with valuable resources and supportive strategies to optimize their child’s development, encompassing social, emotional, and behavioral growth.

• Utilize established psychotherapeutic frameworks and techniques to foster positive client outcomes, regularly assessing and adapting approaches to meet the evolving needs of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist’s role focuses on serving a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and families experiencing mental health challenges. Our client population often reflects varying socio-economic backgrounds and cultural influences. Therefore, it is essential that the therapist possesses the cultural competence and sensitivity to adequately address the unique needs and experiences of each individual.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT within the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience post-licensure in conducting psychotherapy, with proficiency in solution-focused treatment approaches.

• Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity for meticulous documentation and record-keeping.
\n
• Self-motivated and proactive, demonstrating an ability to efficiently manage billing hours and adhere to mandatory documentation protocols.

Preferred Experience\n

While the required qualifications set a strong foundation, experience in integrating family-centered practices and familiarity with Natural Learning Environment Practices is highly desirable. Additionally, candidates who have worked in community health settings or have exposure to diverse mental health cases may find themselves particularly well-suited for this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 – 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
