Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver structured, evidence-based care through an 8-week mental health program, focusing on actionable skills and long-term wellness.

• Monitor and track participant progress, providing timely follow-up communications, care recommendations, and maintaining thorough documentation in electronic medical records.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team, assisting participants in navigating their treatment plans and accessing necessary resources.
\n
• Identify high-risk cases and initiate appropriate responses according to established safety protocols, ensuring participant well-being at all times.
\n
• Engage in weekly supervision sessions, monthly team meetings, and broader organizational Town Halls to foster communication and professional growth.
\n
• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and adhere strictly to HIPAA Privacy & Security regulations.
\n
• Take part in regular training to maintain compliance and enhance therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with diverse client populations experiencing an array of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and trauma. Your role will not only concentrate on individual therapy but also on empowering individuals to adopt sustainable mental health practices through evidence-based therapeutic methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). You will focus on creating a safe and supportive environment that fosters healing and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience providing psychotherapy.

• Ability to maintain a consistent therapy schedule that meets the needs of your patients.

• Proficient in evidence-based treatment modalities such as CBT and DBT.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, based on your experience and hours worked.
