Operating remotely from anywhere in the Fontana, California region, you will benefit from a flexible work arrangement that allows you to manage your own schedule within business hours, Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly individual therapy sessions with adult clients utilizing video conferencing technology.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic practices that align with each client's treatment goals, using detailed treatment plans derived from symptoms assessments and progress monitoring.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatric providers and counselors to ensure comprehensive treatment strategies that cater to the holistic needs of clients.

• Engage in real-time consultations with team members during scheduled clinical drop-in sessions, cultivating an environment of shared knowledge and mutual support.

• Utilize custom-built tools such as our electronic medical record (EMR) system for streamlined documentation, including treatment software, progress assessments, and crisis response protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adults presenting a diverse array of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, and crisis situations. We are particularly focused on patients who are at an elevated risk of suicide, requiring sensitivity and adaptability in therapeutic approaches. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, complemented by performance-based bonuses.
