Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will primarily serve a diverse patient population, including individuals coping with co-occurring medical conditions such as autoimmune disorders, chronic pain, and substance use disorders. Our focus is on providing personalized care that acknowledges the complex interplay between mental health and physical health, ensuring our patients receive the support they need to thrive.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMHC, LCSW, LCSW-R, Licensed Psychoanalyst, Psychologist, or LMFT in the state of New York.

• Demonstrated experience in addressing mental health needs among individuals with co-occurring medical conditions.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with a diverse range of individuals.

• Ability to maintain professional boundaries while adhering to ethical guidelines, ensuring patient confidentiality at all times.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
