Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments tailored to individual patient needs, considering any co-existing medical conditions that may impact their mental health.

• Design and implement personalized integrated treatment plans that comprehensively address both psychiatric and medical conditions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on a diverse patient population, including individuals with co-occurring medical conditions such as autoimmune disorders, substance use disorders, and chronic pain. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work to empower these patients, guiding them through personal challenges and addressing their unique mental health needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LMHC, LCSW, LCSW-R, Licensed Psychoanalyst, Psychologist, or LMFT in the state of New York.

• Demonstrable experience in working with individuals who present with dual diagnoses or complex medical conditions impacting mental health.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster trusting relationships with patients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
