Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ substance abuse and mental health histories.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, ensuring each session is tailored to meet the clients’ needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The focus of this role is on clients dealing primarily with substance abuse issues, many of whom may also be facing co-occurring mental health disorders. Your work will not only impact their recovery journey individually but also contribute to the overall family dynamics and community wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Specialized training or practical experience in addiction counseling is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with evidence-based practices for treating substance abuse and related mental health disorders.

• Exceptional therapeutic and counseling abilities with a proven track record of motivating clients towards recovery.

• Strong communication skills, adept at teamwork and sharing insights in a remote working setting.

We prefer candidates who have at least 2 years of experience in mental health counseling, particularly in environments that focus on substance abuse treatment. Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
