This position is fully remote, enabling you to provide vital mental health counseling from your own workspace. As part of our hospice center services, you'll be immersed in a collaborative virtual work culture that emphasizes teamwork and shared professional growth. Flexibility regarding working hours is encouraged, with core hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for adaptations based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patient needs and create tailored treatment plans that address specific conditions.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, in individual and group sessions.

• Initiate and facilitate psychoeducational and support groups to foster community and provide resources for those facing similar mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with our team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow counselors to ensure comprehensive care and continuity of treatment across disciplines.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, ensuring patient safety and well-being.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, available treatments, and community support resources, promoting a holistic understanding of their health.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential patient documentation in compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines relevant to mental health practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role as a Mental Health Counselor, you will work primarily with diverse populations experiencing various mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
