Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments of clients to evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms, helping to inform the treatment process.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate effective treatment sessions.

• Monitor and document client progress throughout the therapy process, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Therapist, you will work with a diverse range of clients grappling with mood disorders, including but not limited to, depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in New York State is required.
