This position will be conducted in a remote setting, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while being a member of our hospice center’s multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will focus primarily on individuals facing a variety of mood disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in New York State.

• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities for mood disorders is essential, particularly in CBT and DBT.
