Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately evaluate clients' emotional and psychological needs.

• Create individualized treatment plans by working closely with clients to establish therapeutic goals and objectives.

• Conduct both individual and group therapy sessions, applying diverse therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based practices tailored to client needs.

• Document and monitor clients' progress meticulously, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to achieve successful outcomes.

• Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team, including collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to ensure comprehensive client support.

• Provide educational resources and continual support to clients’ families, enhancing their understanding and involvement in the therapeutic process.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of New York is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
