Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs and produce individualized treatment plans rooted in evidence-based practice.

• Implement and monitor tailored therapeutic interventions, adapting strategies as necessary based on client progress and feedback.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, ensuring they understand mental health topics and treatment processes.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members including social workers, psychologists, and case managers to deliver integrated care and support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with vary widely in demographic backgrounds and mental health conditions. Our caseload includes individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a closely related discipline.

• Current New York State licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

• Excellent interpersonal skills paired with strong technical abilities to navigate telehealth platforms effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate clinical experience in mental health counseling.

• Experience working in a teletherapy environment or familiarity with telehealth technology is highly valued.
