This is a remote position, allowing therapists the flexibility to work from home while providing essential care to their clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients’ trauma history and current mental health status.

• Develop tailored treatment plans focused on trauma recovery and resilience-building, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Implement therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, guiding patients in processing their trauma and developing effective coping strategies.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care and comprehensive support for patients.

• Deliver crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients.

Qualifications\n

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience.
