Work Environment\n

The role is fully remote, enabling you to provide therapy from the comfort of your own space while maintaining a consistent professional practice. Our Telehealth format allows for flexible scheduling; however, you will typically work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client evaluations to assess needs and develop customized therapy plans tailored to individual goals and concerns.

• Lead therapy sessions via telehealth, employing a variety of evidence-based techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy.

• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure continuous improvement, utilizing outcomes-driven methodologies.

• Maintain accurate, detailed documentation of therapy sessions and treatment progress within electronic record systems, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals seeking help with relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and personal development. You will build therapeutic relationships with a diverse client base, providing tailored support to address their unique needs and challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of experience working in a clinical mental health setting.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong connections with clients from varied backgrounds.
