This full-time position primarily operates in a remote setting, providing flexibility for professionals who are dedicated to mental health. You will be expected to maintain regular office hours at our outpatient facility, with a standard work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Flexibility is essential, as some evening shifts may be required to accommodate client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the mental health and substance use needs of each client, creating a foundation for individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

  Master's or Doctoral Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  Active and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Illinois.

  Deep understanding of substance use disorders, evidence-based treatments, and recovery-oriented approaches.

  Proven experience in providing both individual and group therapy within an addiction treatment context.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between $80,000 and $100,000 annually, alongside bonus opportunities.
