You will be responsible for managing a traditional Monday to Friday schedule with core hours from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, with occasional evening shifts based on client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to accurately evaluate their mental health and substance use challenges, ensuring effective identification of co-occurring disorders.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions to equip clients with actionable coping skills, relapse prevention techniques, and emotional regulation methods.

• Implement regular monitoring for substance use and employ motivational interviewing methods to support clients along their recovery journey.

• Educate clients and their families about the relationships between mental health and substance use disorders, emphasizing the importance of adherence to treatment protocols.

• Ensure all treatment progress, interventions, and referrals are accurately documented in a timely manner, adhering to ethical and legal requirements.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT is required.

• Proven proficiency in evidence-based therapies, specifically those addressing co-occurring disorders, including Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment (IDDT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
