Our facility operates Monday through Saturday, and as part of our team, you will manage your own schedule to ensure optimized client appointments and personal time.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments of clients, including individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, to identify their unique mental health needs.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans based on the findings from initial assessments, ensuring alignment with the latest clinical practices.

• Utilize effective therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based treatments to assist clients in reaching their goals.

• Document all patient interactions and treatment progress accurately and ethically within designated timelines, maintaining compliance with organizational policies.

• Collaborate consistently with interdisciplinary teams, including other mental health professionals and community service providers, to ensure comprehensive care for patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will encompass a diverse range of clients dealing with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. You will be responsible for forming strong therapeutic alliances, adapting your approach to meet the unique needs of each individual or family, and contributing to improved health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the State of Illinois.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
