Work Environment\n

This position will primarily be remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while still maintaining a close connection with your team through virtual meetings and regular check-ins. Our facility’s outpatient office is equipped with the latest technology to support remote therapy sessions and collaborative care efforts with our multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and dedicated administrative staff.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and emotional stability, ensuring a complete understanding of their unique backgrounds and challenges.

• Design, implement, and constantly reassess individualized treatment plans that resonate with each client’s goals, employing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate various therapy formats, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing both traditional and digital platforms to engage clients effectively.

• Continuously monitor and document client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on evolving needs and responses to therapy.

• Provide crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute distress, offering immediate support and guidance.
\n
• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards by maintaining precise, confidential client records.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
