Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to gain a comprehensive understanding of clients' mental health issues, which will inform the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy using evidence-based techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and talk therapy, specific to the unique circumstances and needs of each client.

• Collaborate with clients to identify and establish therapeutic goals, continuously monitoring progress throughout their treatment journey.

• Offer flexible teletherapy options to accommodate clients who may be apprehensive about in-person visits or have mobility and accessibility considerations.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation that adheres to ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements, ensuring efficient tracking of client progress and treatment outcomes.

• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to cultivate your clinical skills and stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health treatment methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on working with diverse individuals seeking mental health support for a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma-related concerns. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build trusting and empathic relationships with clients.

• Demonstrated ability to approach client issues with empathy, understanding, and a non-judgmental attitude while recognizing the individuality of each client’s challenges.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to balance caseloads effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in providing telehealth services is a plus, as is familiarity with different teletherapy platforms.
