Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from home and offering flexibility in setting your schedule. Full-time counselors (over 30 hours/week) and part-time counselors (over 5 hours/week) are both welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual counseling sessions via a secure video platform, ensuring ethical practices and professional standards are maintained.

• Perform ongoing assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and progress over time.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with clients’ goals and provide appropriate behavioral strategies.

• Facilitate skill-building sessions to help clients improve their coping mechanisms, problem-solving capabilities, and communication skills.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records as per organizational standards while minimizing paperwork to enhance your clinical focus.

• Participate in team meetings and trainings aimed at enhancing service quality and implementing best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on working with low-acuity adults who seek mental health support. The clients are often dealing with day-to-day stressors and are looking for strategies to manage their mental well-being effectively. As a counselor, your approach will be centered on empathy and understanding, facilitating a supportive environment that encourages client engagement and progress.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• Active licensure in the state of Arizona as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or as a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Must hold independent licensure without supervision and have a clean professional record with no disciplinary actions.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal skills combined with proficiency in using digital platforms and communication tools necessary for telehealth.

• A stable and high-speed internet connection to facilitate smooth virtual sessions.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling practices.

• Background in crisis intervention, treatment planning, and evidence-based therapies.

• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 90,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with your level of experience and the hours worked. Additional benefits include:
