Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will be both impactful and varied. They include:

• Providing clinical services by developing and implementing individualized, recovery-focused treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Continuously assessing clients' treatment needs and adjusting plans based on progress and feedback.

• Educating clients about available community resources and serving as an advocate to connect them with necessary services.

Qualifications\n

To thrive in this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• A valid state license, allowing autonomous practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• A clean record with no disciplinary actions on your professional license.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong, empathetic approach to client interactions.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently without supervision and engage clients in a meaningful way.

• Proficiency in technology, including telehealth platforms, along with a reliable internet connection.

Preferred Experience\n
