Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough preliminary interviews with clients during initial consultations, meticulously documenting their mental, behavioral, and emotional health throughout the treatment process.

• Evaluate and analyze clients’ conditions to develop tailored intervention and recovery plans that address the unique needs of individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate dynamic individual and group therapy sessions that employ evidence-based practices to foster growth and resilience among clients.

• Continuously monitor client progress, adapting treatment plans when necessary to meet evolving needs, and ensuring compliance with established therapeutic goals.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals including psychiatrists, medical doctors, and social workers to ensure integrated care for clients.

• Engage in proactive follow-ups with clients and relevant healthcare providers, especially for those transitioning out from inpatient treatment settings.

• Identify potential barriers to recovery, providing informed strategies to mitigate risks and enhance the therapeutic process.

• Provide support and counseling to family members and primary caregivers, equipping them with the necessary tools to assist clients in managing their mental health challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arizona.

• A passing score on the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).

• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on being empathetic and client-focused.

Compensation and Benefits\n
