Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide clinical leadership and support to a team of skilled mental health professionals, ensuring high standards of care and service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population includes individuals of varying ages and backgrounds who face mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and addiction issues. You will work with clients dealing with complex issues, including co-occurring disorders, homelessness, and trauma, focusing on fostering therapeutic trust and engagement.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in social work, psychology, or a related field is required.

• Must hold a current and valid LCSW, LMFT, or LPC license in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in mental health counseling and crisis management is essential.
