This position is fully remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance. Our telehealth facility provides a cutting-edge, virtual environment enabling you to connect with patients from the comfort of your own home while utilizing state-of-the-art digital tools. Our remote setup encourages collaboration among the interdisciplinary team, ensuring that you remain engaged and supported throughout your workday. You'll work standard hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, focusing on providing the best care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct brief diagnostic screenings of patients utilizing comprehensive evidence-based assessments and screening tools to establish appropriate treatment plans.

• Document all assessments and interventions in a timely manner within the medical record, ensuring adherence to legal and ethical standards.

• Provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions that are tailored to meet the specific needs of residents and their families, facilitating meaningful progress through structured therapeutic interventions.

• Collaborate with other mental health providers and specialists as part of an interdisciplinary team, offering recommendations and referrals when necessary to enhance case management and ensure holistic care.

• Conduct safety and risk assessments, making informed decisions that prioritize patient well-being and safety throughout the therapeutic process.

• Educate family members about mental health and available treatments, pertaining to their loved ones’ care and guiding them with appropriate referrals and resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be primarily working with a diverse group of patients who present with a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and behavioral problems. Our outpatient care approach allows you to engage with patients in a meaningful way, applying therapeutic modalities that promote healing and personal growth across different life stages. As we serve children, adolescents, and adults, having a flexible approach to treatment styles is key to meeting each client's unique needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution is required for this role.

• A valid and active independent LMHC license to practice in Washington state is mandatory.

• At least two years of proven experience in counseling or psychotherapy is essential.

• A strong understanding of various therapeutic modalities and approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based strategies.

• The ability to work independently, manage your caseload effectively, and adapt to a telehealth environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 per year, which reflects our commitment to valuing your skills and expertise.
