Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive assessments for new patients and their families, utilizing a strength-based approach to gather necessary information.

• Design and implement individualized therapy plans, providing focused therapeutic interventions for both individuals and families based on assessed needs.

• Manage all required documentation, including billing, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorizations timely and accurately.

• Create and develop crisis intervention plans and safety protocols as necessary, alongside wellness and relapse prevention strategies to maintain patients’ stable functioning.

• Work collaboratively in team meetings, share insights during case consultations, and actively participate in fostering a culture of excellence within the organization.

• Stay abreast of current laws and regulations regarding mental health therapy, ensuring compliance with federal and state requirements, as well as our own organizational policies.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through training sessions and continuing education opportunities to enhance your skills and remain current in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus primarily on outpatient clients, embracing a wide range of mental health challenges. We cater to individuals across various demographics and backgrounds, from children and adolescents to adults and families needing support through difficult times. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related discipline that qualifies you for licensure.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (e.g., LMHC, LMFT, LCSW) in the state of Washington.

• Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice and adherence to all regulatory standards in the mental health profession.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience working in an outpatient mental health setting is advantageous, particularly in contexts that focus on holistic care and evidence-based practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
