Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Inspired Grace Counseling Center, your role will encompass various responsibilities aimed at improving client mental health and well-being, including but not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, using diagnostic assessments to guide treatment plans.

• Providing individualized one-on-one counseling sessions to support clients managing diverse issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction.

• Facilitating engaging group therapy sessions aimed at fostering community and shared learning among clients dealing with common mental health concerns.

• Developing and implementing tailored treatment plans that set clear goals for client progress, regularly assessing and adjusting interventions as necessary.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A master’s or doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
