Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, incorporating both psychiatric evaluations and consideration of any underlying medical issues impacting mental well-being.

• Develop and implement tailored integrated treatment plans that address the complexities of co-occurring conditions, ensuring a rounded approach to patient care.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices to encourage healing and personal growth.

• Coordination and collaboration with external medical providers to guarantee cohesive treatment and superior patient outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention services and support for patients in distress, helping to stabilize their situation in a compassionate manner.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults who face various challenges, including but not limited to, mental health disorders, autoimmune conditions, substance use issues, and chronic pain conditions. Many of our clients are navigating complex life situations and require a therapist who can empathize with their experiences while providing actionable strategies for improvement.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
\n
• A current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Psychologist in Washington State.
\n
• Strong understanding of mental health treatment as well as experience working with patients with co-occurring medical conditions.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients in a remote environment.

• Competence in electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth technologies.
\n
• A commitment to upholding confidentiality and maintaining professional boundaries in all interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
