Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a diverse caseload of clients while fostering professional, trusting relationships that uphold ethical standards.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, stability, and plans for discharge when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and continually refine individualized treatment plans that focus on client-centered care.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments for new clients, identifying their needs and establishing treatment pathways.

• Engage in individual supervision and consultation sessions for ongoing professional development.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers to integrate treatment plans and ensure holistic client care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling.

• Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• At least one year of experience providing clinical services in an outpatient setting post-graduation.

• Proficient in using technology, including but not limited to Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and electronic health records systems such as PIMSY.

• Experience conducting intake assessments and delivering direct psychotherapy services effectively.

• Training in specific therapeutic modalities or areas, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, or family therapy.
