Work Environment\n

Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status, detailing the severity and duration of mood disorder symptoms.

• Collaborate with patients to establish individualized treatment plans aligning with their specific needs and personal goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address mood disorders.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, including treatment options and self-management strategies to enhance recovery.

• Monitor clients’ progress regularly, providing feedback and making adjustments to treatment plans as required.

• Engage in teamwork with psychiatrists and healthcare providers to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to care for our clients.

• Document client sessions, assessments, and treatment plans accurately, maintaining confidentiality in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Participate in regular case consultations and professional development initiatives to further enhance clinical skills and stay informed of industry trends.

• Act as an advocate for clients, promoting destigmatization of mental health issues and raising awareness of support resources available within the community.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitively set at $100,000 to $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
