Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for clients presenting with a variety of conditions.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that address the specific mental health and emotional needs of each client.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to address issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health challenges.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on personal growth, emotional resilience, and the development of effective coping strategies.

• Collaborate with other health professionals, including psychologists and social workers, to ensure cohesive and integrated care for clients.

• Respond to crisis intervention situations, providing immediate support and guidance during mental health emergencies.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, coping strategies, and available community resources.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in line with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss case management and professional development.

• Stay updated on current regulations, best practices, and ethical standards in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals of all ages facing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma-related disorders. You will play a critical role in guiding clients through their healing journey, ensuring a therapeutic environment where they can feel safe and supported.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is necessary.

• At least two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting is essential.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and trauma-informed care.

• Proficiency in performing mental health assessments and formulating treatment plans.

Preferred Experience\n

While two years of experience is required, additional experience in providing mental health services, especially within community health settings, will be highly regarded. Specialized training in trauma-informed care methods or techniques specifically addressing ASD and ADHD will be considered an asset.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 60,000 to USD 104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
