Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their mental health needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.

• Engage clients in individualized counseling sessions to address concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions focusing on support and psychoeducation to address collective mental health challenges.

• Implement and monitor individualized treatment plans that align with clients’ unique goals and therapeutic needs.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support, conducting risk assessments and coordinating emergency services when necessary.

• Stay informed of the latest best practices and research in mental health to enhance therapy techniques and client outcomes.

• Actively collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure cohesive treatment strategies across disciplines.

You will serve a diverse client base that may face various mental health conditions, including but not limited to mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma history, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
