Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients to tailor individualized therapy plans.

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, drawing expertise from modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive client care, ensuring that all aspects of a client’s mental health are addressed.

• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date clinical records that comply with legal and ethical standards.

• Engaging in professional development by participating in workshops to stay informed about the latest research and practices in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve serving clients from various backgrounds who may experience challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Many clients may come from underserved communities, reflecting a rich diversity in experiences and needs.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
