Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health statuses, incorporating a range of evidence-based practices.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, ensuring their mental health goals are met effectively.

• Provide therapy services to individuals, groups, and families, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Work collaboratively with a team of professionals including case managers and psychiatrists to provide integrated care that addresses the whole person.

• Offer crisis intervention services, utilizing your training and experience to support clients in acute distress and manage emergency situations.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives, raising mental health awareness and reducing stigma through workshops and informational sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A completed master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related field.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trust and rapport with clients from all walks of life.

• A demonstrated commitment to cultural competence and an understanding of the unique challenges faced by diverse populations.

• Strong organizational skills to ensure timely documentation and adherence to treatment plans.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of experience in a mental health therapeutic setting is required, candidates with prior experience in community mental health or telehealth settings are preferred. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
