Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Recycle Mental and Behavioral Healthcare, you will primarily work with adults facing substance use disorders. Your role will involve assisting them through various stages of recovery, from initial motivation to sustained sobriety, while also providing support to their families as they navigate this challenging journey.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or Psychologist in California.
\n
• Demonstrated expertise in substance use disorders and a solid understanding of evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Proven experience delivering both individual and group therapy in an addiction treatment context.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, characterized by an empathetic and non-judgmental approach.
